Ottawa visit

A growing concern: Will is now 10 lbs (he gained 10 oz in just 3 days). Three week old Will and 2 1/2 year old Lucy were the highlights. Heather and I treated ourselves to pedicures, we went in the double decker bus ride around Ottawa/Hull, we drove to Wilno, to eat at the world famous "Wilno Tavern" owned by a dear cousin (Corinne), and we did some gardening - put in a herb bed for the fam to enjoy and we had a baby shower for Heather and Will where she got some very lovely "little guy" outfits. Much needed.

Lucy and Gramma on the double decker bus. It was the best Ottawa tour -- just a wonderful experience and even though the wind blew Lucy's beautiful blue hat off her head and it got lost - she eventually rallied (although she really mourned the loss of the hat). Her mother bought her a hat just like it that evening and became a hero! We had a great time and giggled and giggled and rubbed noses -- silly lucy and silly gramma!

Home at last

I've been home for a few days, but very busy catching up - especially at the office. What a whirlwind trip. Orlando, FL for five days on business and then to Ottawa for pleasure for six days - very special. Lucy and Will are sweet sweet sweet, as are Heather and Joe and I had a wonderful visit.

I was staying in a golden prison (aptly named by one of the gentlemen at the meetings). When in Disney World you really are confined to your resort. The resort was lovely. Coronado Springs Resort, a southwest theme so very beautiful.
